3) By providing temp to hire workers. As a temp-to-hire worker, you’re an employee of Adecco during your probationary period, and you’ll follow the Adecco drug testing policy for the client company. At the end of your probationary period which is usually 90 – 180 days, you’ll be offered a permanent position if the employer is happy with your performance. At that point, you become an employee of the client company and will follow their drug testing policy from then on.

Some types of positions are considered safety-sensitive, and those jobs will generally have a drug test requirement. For non-safety-sensitive positions, employers may or may not require a drug test.

Marijuana is the trickiest substance to get out of your system because it can hang around for a very long time. The more marijuana you use, the longer it lasts.

Use marijuana twice a month and it could be present for as long as 3 weeks. Use marijuana every day, and you could still fail a test up to 90 days after your last use.
